control panel interface
and set up the accounts you wish to use.

Open

, then click Webmail tab.
pop3 server:
pop3.yourdomain.com
pop3 port: 110
smtp server:
smtp.yourdomain.com
smtp port: 25 or 587
imap access:
imap.yourdomain.com
imap port: 143
secure (SSL/TLS) e-mail:
Incoming/Outgoing mail server:
secure.thinkhost.com - Socrates hosted clients
secure.athena.thinkhost.com - Athena hosted clients
secure.thinkhost.net - Plato hosted clients
secure.zeno.thinkhost.com - Zeno hosted clients
All servers incoming email ports:
Port: 995 for POP3, 993 for IMAP
Turn ON the SSL security setting.
All servers outgoing email port:
Port: 25
Turn ON TLS security setting.
username:
for the catch-all account, the username is just the username itself (ie "user5")
for the mailboxes based on yourdomain.com and set up via the control panel, the username is the full email address, i.e.
mailboxname@yourdomain.com
authentication:
Our mail system requires users authenticate themselves when sending emails. Most email applications contain an option such as, "Outbound server requires authentication". This should be enabled for your email accounts. You can authenticate yourself with your email address and email password.
